The council is always looking for members to get involved. Attend meetings to give your input on events and planning or inquire about open council positions.

Open Positions

Treasurer

acts as custodian for all assets and property of the Society, and is responsible for the oversight of all financial transactions for the Society proper.

Comptroller trainee

position will eventually take over; responsible for the accounting of the society and reports to the treasurer to ensure all financial reports are current.

Member-at-large (x1)

are responsible for supporting the Council officers in the general administration of the Society and may be appointed to perform or participate in special functions at the request of the President or Council

Membership trainee

position will eventually take over; is responsible for maintaining membership records, accepting membership applications, collecting membership dues, submitting applications for membership to the Elected Members of the Council for approval, and submitting membership dues to the Treasurer.

Webmaster

Maintains the website and updating it as needed to reflect new events/articles/etc.
