ABOUT THE ST. ANDREW SOCIETY
The St. Andrew Society of Colorado (SASC) began in 1963 to provide the community of Colorado with the opportunity to pursue interest in Scottish culture, traditions, and history. Any persons with an interest in Scotland is welcome to join us. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization we are proud to offer scholarships to highland dancers, bagpipers, and drummers to attend workshops and competitions throughout the U.S. and abroad. We also support and help fund other organizations that contribute to keeping Scottish tradition and heritage alive in Colorado.
OUR MISSION
The mission of the Society is to provide a platform for individuals to explore, preserve, and honor the Scottish heritage through various cultural, educational, and social activities. We aim to create a welcoming environment where people can connect, learn, and take pride in their Scottish roots and interests.
EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES
From Highland games to traditional music and dance performances, the Society organizes a wide range of events and activities. Our events offer an immersive experience into Scottish customs and traditions. Join us in celebrating the vibrant tapestry of Scottish culture through our diverse and engaging programs.
